Notes from The Shop:
Cherokee Valley was very blessed with minimal damage from Hurricane Helene, as we enter the fall season, please continue to remember the areas around us that are still recovering and will be doing so for a long while. We should always have a grateful and humble heart. The golf industry in Upstate SC, and Western NC took a mighty blow. We are very thankful for the support that has been shown to us here at the club and look forward to continuing to serve any way we can.

How it Works:
Putt from a designated spot and aim at various prizes. If your ball hits the prize, it's yours to keep! 🎯

Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or just looking for a fun afternoon, this event is open to everyone with no registration requirements. Bring your A-game and take your shot at winning some amazing prizes!
Rules of Golf:
Difference between Handicap and Index.
Your Handicap Index® is a portable number that represents your demonstrated ability - but when it comes time to tee it up, that number is converted to a Course Handicap, which accounts for the difficulty of the course and tees played.
This being said, you do not establish a handicap or index from a certain set of tees. The system is in place for your use at any golf course from any set of tees!!

Flighted Iron Shots
As we all know, Tiger is the king of the stinger, or flighted shot. Take a look at how tiger approaches and attacks this really good shot that all golfers should have in their bag to help fight the wind!
